I should add a Technical-Admin and I'm using that manual, when adding opers, but when I use the ./ADDOPER command, the oper aren't added with the O-Lines I set. (I use UltimateIRCd v2.8.9)

I don't know if the manual for v2.8.1 are to be used for 2.8.9.

Any suggestions :?:

Any chance a manual for 3.0.1 is in the works?  I would be happy to try and help out with this...
