If I'm not mistaken, this has nothing to do with IRCd Services.  Check the documentation for PsyBNC, please.

psybnc configuration ok. But my psybnc just connect about 30 minutes then all my psybncs quit automatically and 2nd time connect failed. Tell me where to correct in ircd.conf
